• Eva Ghale is not to be held responsible or liable for the misuse of any services offered herein, and reserves the right to refuse or end services at any time.
• You are solely responsible for your own self, life path, and the fulfillment of your life’s purpose. The accuracy or effectiveness of any services cannot be guaranteed.
• You have the ability to alter your own reality and future.
• All services and products are not intended or recommended as substitutes for any legal, medical, psychiatric, or other professional assistance.
• Full session charges apply for sessions canceled within 48 hours of the appointment time.
• Late arrivals may result in a shortened session without a refund due to scheduling constraints.
• All sessions/packages are non-refundable but may, in certain circumstances, be transferred to a family member or friend.
• Eva Ghale is unable to answer questions relating to your life outside of a consultation, excluding general business inquiries.
• You must secure an appointment time before paying for your session.
• All one-off sessions/packages are valid for 4 months from the date of purchase or as otherwise indicated. Failure to book within the timeframe will result in forfeiture of unused sessions.
• By signing up for a payment plan, you agree to enter a contract to pay the monthly payments as agreed. Not using the resources provided does not justify cancellation. If you feel resistance or face challenges, it is your responsibility to reach out for support.
• All course fee deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• This website may share thoughts and opinions expressed by clients, Eva Ghale, and Vianna Stibal, founder of the ThetaHealing® modality, and Diana Cooper Angel Teaching. Professional medical advice should always be sought if you have a medical condition. Sessions and training do not replace professional medical opinions.
